Matthew Gardner promoted to Managing Director of Ambition UK

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Matthew Gardner to the position of Managing Director of Ambition UK. This well-deserved recognition highlights Matthew's exceptional leadership and his unwavering dedication to growing and developing our Legal division over the years.

Matt has been an invaluable member of the Ambition team, successfully leading the Legal division and building trusted advisor relationships with numerous candidates and clients.

Upon returning to the UK, he continued to develop the Legal M&BD division into a market-leading entity. Matt later took on the responsibility for Legal F&A, growing the division into a 'go-to' provider of high-quality service and business partnering for our candidates and clients.
