The Ambition incentive trip to the Belfry!

2022 has been a year of gratitude, hard work, and fun for everyone at Ambition UK. So, we decided to celebrate the summer with a luxury trip to the Belfry Resort in Sutton Coldfield. As the hotel is renowned as a wellbeing destination with a vibrant nightclub, it sure was a weekend to remember!

While most recruitment agencies focus on rewarding their top billers with trips away, it was important to us to ensure that our incentive trips include everyone - even new starters and corporate services teams! After all, we recognise that everyone plays a key role in Ambition’s success, not just the big billers so we wanted to celebrate all together and unite as a team. Allowing everyone to come this trip aligned with our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and we wanted to make sure that everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest and bonded as a team!

Before arriving at the destination, the trip started with a game of cards and a few fun games on the coach. Once we arrived at the Belfry and had soaked up the fresh country air and scenery, we then dropped off our bags and had lunch at the Ryder Grill. This is where our Senior Management team gave a great presentation – outlining the future goals and plans for Ambition.

With speeches from Chris Auckland, Matthew Gardner and Nicky Acuna Ocana, the room was full of motivation and inspiration. Following this, some of us had a few rounds in the driving range, whilst others went to the spa to swim and relax. Finally, dinner and drinks came, and we went to dance at the Bel Air nightclub and lounge.

The weekend proved that we live by our purpose and values. Bringing passion, resourcefulness, integrity, drive and enjoyment to the table. Not only are we building better futures for our candidates and clients, but we are also providing a great future for our Ambition employees by providing a lucrative and progressive career path.
