Transaction Services Assistant Manager

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Services Assistant Manager to join their advisory team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality transaction services, including due diligence, financial analysis, and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. The candidate must have previous Corporate Finance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to provide strategic advice.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.


Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in transaction services or a related field - 1-2 years exp.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
