Transaction Services Assistant Manager
We are working with a leading accountancy practice renowned for its excellence and innovation. We are committed to delivering top-tier financial services and fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Services Assistant Manager to join their advisory team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality transaction services, including due diligence, financial analysis, and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. The candidate must have previous Corporate Finance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to provide strategic advice.
- Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience in transaction services or a related field - 1-2 years exp.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
