We are seeking a Senior Content and Campaigns Manager to join this prestigious international law firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the firm's marketing and content strategy, driving brand recognition and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Leadership: Lead and re-launch the firm's content strategy, overseeing the creation and execution of high-quality content including thought leadership, blogs, articles, webinars, podcasts, and videos.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns and brand strategies to enhance the firm's reputation and market presence.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Brand, Marketing, Design, and Events teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Strategic Advice: Advise Partners, Associates, and Business Development teams on successful marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals.
  • Brand Management: Further develop and maintain a compelling brand proposition, embedding brand messaging across the firm.
  • Client Engagement: Inspire and influence internal stakeholders to engage with marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, promoting a client-centric approach.

Strategic Involvement:

  • Thought Leadership: Proactively identify and implement thought leadership campaigns to support the firm's commercial aims, leveraging insights and current topics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development, PR, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver high-quality content and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Event Management: Lead the planning and delivery of key campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, including conferences, round tables, and seminars.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective marketing strategies, content, and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing professionals in Campaigns, Content, Brand, and Design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at Partner level and challenge thinking constructively.
  • A collaborative and client-centric approach to marketing activities.
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment is highly desirable.
