Senior Business Development Manager - Germany
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for their Dispute Resolution (DR) practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Dispute Resolution team who are ranked band 1 globally!
This is a full-time, permanent role with a very flexible hybrid working policy. This role can be based in any of the following cities: Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Berlin, or Munich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and run marketing and business development strategies for the firm's DR practice across Central Europe.
- Line management and mentorship of a BD Executive, Senior BD Executive and BD Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead on bid strategies and create compelling pitches.
- Oversee the creation of practice group specific content creation and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the delopment of relevant directory and award submissions.
- Track and report on business development activities using Salesforce.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Extensive business development experience within a global professional services firm, preferably legal.
- Proven experience of developing effective go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent teamworking and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in pitching.
- Additional language skills would be of interest - German required.
