Senior Business Development Executive

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm for a Senior Business Development Executive within their Litigation and Arbitration practice group, based in London.

Role Overview: This role is integral in driving forward the Litigation Practice Group strategy both in London and globally. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior M&BD Manager and the broader M&BD team to develop and implement business development plans, maximise revenue opportunities, and raise the firm's profile within key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver special projects such as website and credentials reviews.
  • Support business development planning, including client and competitor analysis.
  • Project manage pitches, credentials, and client events.
  • Prepare and report on social media and external communications engagement.
  • Develop and implement M&BD plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate and produce marketing communications and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with PR and other BD teams to enhance the firm's profile.

Candidate Profile:

  • Solid experience in business development/marketing, preferably within a major law firm.
  • Strong understanding of professional services marketing and business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong service delivery focus.
