- Proactive PR: Generate opportunities for partners and lawyers to comment in the media by monitoring trends and developments across the firm's core sectors.
- Press Releases: Draft press releases and secure media coverage relating to the firm's practices and client matters.
- PR Planning: Create and progress PR plans for each sector group, working alongside the Marketing & Business Development team and other stakeholders.
- Media Training: Provide media training and support to spokespeople as required.
- Content Leverage: Work closely with the Communications and Marketing & Business Development teams to leverage content and expertise for PR opportunities.

- Profile-Raising Activities: Support broader profile-raising activities for the firm's sector groups, including guidance on priority rankings within legal directories.
What's needed:
- Experience: Proven experience in a PR role, ideally within an agency or a law firm/professional services environment.
- PR Planning: Proven track record of creating and delivering effective PR plans that generate frequent coverage.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Exceptional ability to develop trust and credibility at all levels.
- Judgment and Decision-Making: Strong judgment and ability to make well-reasoned, independent decisions.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, capable of managing multiple complex projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
- Team Player: Comfortable working independently and as part of a team across multiple cultures and time zones.
