Join this leading full-service law firm, currently seeking a talented Pitch Manager to join their BD&M team - This firm serves a diverse clientele, including asset managers, publicly listed and private companies, and financial institutions, handling complex UK and cross-border matters.

As a Pitch Manager, reporting to a Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
- Lead and execute firmwide and strategic pitches.
- Innovate and improve the firm's bids process.
- Collaborate with partners and the BD team to craft compelling content.
- Ensure all pitch materials are current and aligned with the firm's brand.
- Pitch Standards: Maintain and champion pitch standards across the BDMC team.
- Lead Major Pitches: Handle firmwide panel RFPs and significant transactional pitches.
- Opportunity Pipeline: Manage and advise on new business opportunities.
- Content Creation: Develop tailored, compelling value propositions and sales messages.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate pitches.
- Efficiency: Regularly update pitch collateral for optimal efficiency and relevance.
- Support: Provide top-notch service for pitch support and business development activities.
- Market Research: Conduct research to support targeted business development.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development within professional services or advisory roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal clients.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in systems and databases (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
