Marketing and Business Development Executive

I am currently recruiting for a Marketing and Business Development Executive on behalf of a leading law firm. This role is based in any of their UK offices and reports to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the UK Sector MBD team in executing business plans and development activities.
  • Assist in preparing pitches, capability statements, and materials for business development meetings.
  • Manage event delivery from planning to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate attendance and follow-up for sector conferences and sponsorship campaigns.
  • Promote and manage the firm's corporate partnerships and business memberships.
  • Track budgets and report on spend.
  • Liaise with international sector teams to support UK campaigns.
  • Enhance the firm's brand and profile through various communication channels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience in delivering high-profile events and using CRM systems.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring occasional UK travel and flexibility to work outside regular office hours when needed. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong commercial mindset, I would love to hear from you.
