Director - M&A Advisory

Ambition is currently partnering with a reputable boutique M&A Advisory firm based in London in seeking a Director to join their talented team.

This role offers an opportunity to influence and drive revenue for the business where you will play significant part in M&A transactions and its ultimate success with exposure to various industries deep diving into different deals through complex analysis. You will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team where you are expected to contribute towards all phases of a transaction. You must have a commercial mindset, ability to think outside the box, and manage both internal and external stakeholders.

To qualify, you must have 12-15 years with strong track record in M&A and transaction services within Top 15 accounting firms or another reputable boutique advisory business in the UK with excellent skills in financial due diligence, advisory, multiple sectors with Private Equity sector knowledge being a plus.

Less experienced candidates may be considered at Associate Director level.
