Business Development Manager - Private Equity

This large international law firm is in a period of rapid global growth, and their Private Equity practice is at the forefront of major transactions across the UK and Europe. They are now seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive key initiatives and enhance their market presence.

The Role:

  • Lead business development and marketing strategies for the Private Equity practice.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on client engagement and pitch support.
  • Manage marketing collateral, deal lists, and award submissions.
  • Coordinate flagship events and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-profile clients across the UK and Europe.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a transactional or professional services environment (Private Equity experience desirable).
  • Strong client relationship management and pitch support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools.
