- New Business Development: Identify opportunities and provide expert BD advice on targeting new business opportunities. Manage client development around initiatives and drive cross-selling.
- Client Feedback: Work with bids, BD, and CR teams to gather feedback, ensure Client Partners act on it, and distill key themes for the firm.

- Budget and Compliance: Manage the business development budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Ensure legal compliance, including GDPR.
Who Would Be a Good Fit:
- Trusted Advisors: Be a positive, credible advisor to the business, treating colleagues as clients, challenging constructively, and leading best practices.
- Focus: Reduce volume, increase quality, and improve results with strong organisation and project management skills.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments, TMGs, and regions, facilitating collaboration and cross-selling profitable work.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Innovation: Develop client-driven innovations based on regular insights.
- Measuring Success: Regularly measure effectiveness and provide recommendations to raise awareness of value.
- Flexibility: Willingness to spend time in other offices if required.
