About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of our CRT practice, working closely with partners and associates across London, EMEA, Asia, and Australia. Your role will involve:

  • Cross-Sector Collaboration: Engage with diverse sectors including TMT, Energy, Consumer, Banks/FS, Aviation, Infrastructure, Water, Mining, and Pharma. This cross-sector work ensures a varied and stimulating environment where no two days are the same.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and deliver innovative client engagement initiatives, support cross-selling opportunities, and prepare compelling marketing collateral.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the delivery of the CRT business plan, lead sector/practice working groups, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Pitch and Proposal Management: Draft and manage pitch and tender responses, ensuring high-quality and tailored submissions.
  • Profile Raising: Work on thought leadership campaigns, media opportunities, and social media engagement to enhance the practice's profile.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous Business Development experience is essential in either a law firm or professional services environment
