Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement regional strategies to maximise growth opportunities. Work with key partners to align strategies with the firm's overarching goals.
  • Opportunity Identification & Management: Use market insights to identify new opportunities and drive lead generation. Manage opportunity tracking, client-focused sales strategies, and coordinate with the Global Pursuits team on bids and proposals.
  • Client Development & Management: Integrate the legal consulting arm into client account plans to deepen relationships and drive growth. Manage key client interactions and analyse financials to support growth initiatives. Conduct client feedback sessions and share insights.
  • Region Management: Build and support focus areas by engaging with cross-practice partners and market players. Manage budgets, monitor ROI, and contribute to internal communications and training programmes.
  • Risk and Control: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a professional services business development role.
  • Proven ability to manage major projects and coach teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and conducting client listening sessions.
