Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a seasoned Bid Manager who thrives on helping teams secure new business. The successful candidate will spearhead their bids capability, shaping strategy and enhancing support across the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the bid's function and embedding best practices.
  • Managing two Bid Executives.
  • Developing new content and maintaining a bid library.
  • Creating self-serve materials and training programs.
  • Overseeing the entire bid submission process and supporting high-stakes pitches.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a bids role within a professional services setting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Effective coaching skills and experience in team leadership.
  • Strategic mindset, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholder needs.
  • Professional, articulate, and confident in communication.
