Tackling Leadership Challenges in International Professional Services Firms

Earlier this month, Ambition had the pleasure of hosting a round table dinner at the exclusive Home Grown Club, bringing together a diverse group of senior leaders from international professional services firms. The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect, share experiences, and explore some of the key leadership challenges that come with operating in a global context.

We were especially delighted to welcome Allyson Stewart-Allen as our guest speaker. As the Founder and CEO of International Marketing Partners Ltd., Allyson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having advised more than 260 brands across 27 countries. Her deep understanding of cross-border business and international marketing made her the perfect person to guide the evening’s discussion on the topic: "Tackling Leadership Challenges in International Professional Services Firms."

Throughout the evening, Allyson shared some of the key lessons she's learned from her extensive career, offering valuable insights into what it takes to lead effectively in international environments.
