Ambition is excited to announce the appointment of Nicky Acuna Ocana as Managing Director for the UK.
With full responsibility for the leadership and development of Ambition’s UK business, Nicky will play a key role in meeting the company's growth goals on becoming the leading Professional Services boutique recruitment business within Finance and Accounting, Business Development & Marketing, Insolvency & Restructuring, Forensics and Business Support. Nicky will also be instrumental in building on the firm's outstanding reputation to professionals and clients.
With over 18 years of professional services recruitment experience, Acuna Ocana brings with her a strong skill-set and an excellent reputation for relationship building, high performance and team leadership.
Acuna Ocana joins at a key point in the agency’s growth, with record clients and increased headcount and brings a wealth of recruitment experience, having led teams recruiting finance and accountancy and business development and marketing professionals. She joined Ambition in 2008 as Associate Director and was later promoted to Director of Professional Services in January 2014.
