Corporate Finance Manager - Winchester

We are working closely with a top 10 Accountancy Practice and one of the largest SME's practices to help grow their Corporate Finance team. They are looking for an experienced individual that is keen to further their experience in the preparation and execution of the sale and acquisition of businesses. Due to this role being client facing, a preference will be shown to candidates that come across as articulate and commercially astute.
Day to day duties

• Manage transactions from start to finish, acting as the principal point of contact with clients, with support from the Partner / Director
• Oversee the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research on sales projects
• Prepare/review financial analyses and report writing in connection with due diligence assignments

What they are looking for?

• ACA/ACCA/CA
• Naturally inquisitive with the ability to see beyond the numbers
• Management experience
